HTML Encoder / Decoder (Escape/Unescape)

HTML is a markup language used for creating web pages. 

HTML comes with various predefined characters, including special symbols and letters that have a specific meaning. 

For example,"<" is used at the start of a tag name, and ">" is used at the end of a tag name.  

In situations, such as in coding tutorials, where we want to display <, >, ", &, we would have to replace these special characters with HTML entities. The process of encoding and decoding HTML entities is called HTML Escape/Unescape.

In general, HTML entities encoding is a system that replaces special characters, in HTML, so that browsers display those special characters correctly.
