String variations is a term that refers to the many different ways that we can read and interpret strings of text. Trim whitespace, camelCase, and Decimal ASCII format are all examples of string variations.
There are upper case, lower case, first character, and title case variations. Upper case is where all the letters are capitalized. The opposite of this would be lowercase or mixed case, where some letters are capitalized and the others are not. First character refers to what letter is at the beginning of a word. Strings can also be varied via hex format, Huffman code, etc.
